This year, we’ve decided to implement a 38-hour workweek, providing one Friday off each month (except during the holiday period, when we continue working until 3:00 PM 🕒 on Fridays). Just a month into this experiment, we’ve already noticed very positive effects 🤩. Our coworkers are pleased with this solution because the balance between personal and professional life is key to their improved well-being.
More free time means better quality relationships with family, friends, and partners for employees, as well as the opportunity to pursue their interests, hobbies, and personal development 🧘♀️. Such an initiative also helps prevent burnout, which is often a leading cause of decreased job satisfaction and productivity 📉.
Additionally, we’re glad that our actions haven’t had a negative impact on the services provided to our clients, who can still count on top level service, regardless of our employees’ attendance.
