We are active in asset and share deals. We carefully analyse each transaction already in its initial phase in order to best develop a further plan of action, take the right decisions and steps leading to an adequate safeguarding of our clients’ interests and a successful closing.

Spatial
Planning
We support our clients in spatial planning issues with regard to both local law and administrative decisions. We actively participate in the process of creating local spatial development plans and obtaining zoning decisions. In this respect, we are able not only to co-operate efficiently with other advisors, but also to co-ordinate their work, relieving our clients in this respect.
We advise on: submitting remarks to draft local master plans; challenging local master plans and development studies; obtaining, amending and transferring development conditions.
Leases and Ongoing Property Management
Our clients can count on our full support at every stage and in every aspect of real estate project management. We advise on drafting and negotiating the terms of lease, tenancy, lending, easement and use agreements, collaterals on real estate, as well as agreements relating to: infrastructure, property management or hotel management and franchise agreements, as well as real estate agency agreements, and agreements between co-owners of real estate relating to management and use, including quoad usum.

We are also perfectly at home on the construction site and our many years of experience is not only applied to administrative proceedings, but also to construction contracts. Advice at every stage: We offer comprehensive legal advice to residential developers at every stage of a development. We assist our clients in the acquisition of land, the development of the most optimal JV structure, the preparation of documentation, including prospectuses, model reservation and development agreements, we represent them before public administration authorities and provide legal advice (and more) on the entire construction and sales process for both individual and institutional clients (PRS) and on the resolution of any problems that may arise during the construction or sales process.
