We also work on infrastructure projects, both as part of more complex development projects (especially warehouses) but also as stand-alone investments.

  • preparation of model contracts with subcontractors and designers;
  • analysis of legal issues related to carrying out of an infrastructure investment under a public procurement contract, in particular with regard to relations with the contracting authority and subcontractors;
  • carrying out of a road investment with the participation of local authorities.
