We work for the biggest players in the office building market, for US developers and international (German, American or Asian) investment funds managing commercial real estate.

We have also advised many other Polish and foreign entities on the commercialisation of various types of buildings.

We prepare, negotiate and, most importantly, bring about conclusion of commercial leases acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants. We also support the parties to the lease in concluding all kinds of ancillary agreements, such as agreements concerning the adaptation of premises, remuneration for the conclusion or extension of leases, as well as settlements in disputes relating to major leases or property management agreements.

We also support clients during the investment itself by negotiating contracts governing relationships with designers and construction contractors.

We are also experienced in drafting agreements between office property owners and their managers setting out the rights and obligations of the parties also vis-à-vis the tenants themselves.

We represent both landlords, tenants and investors in litigation/arbitration disputes.

We also know how to challenge the valuation of a property on the basis of which a perpetual usufruct charge is calculated. We have advised clients on restitution claims gathering experience on different sides of the barricade.
